Hospitality Requirements

• Two (2) six-packs of local beer. 
• Fifteen (15) good quality bottled beer. Suitable brands include Pabst Blue Ribbon, Corona, Heineken, Peroni, Coors. 
• If providing Corona, please provide pre-sliced lime wedges small enough to fit into the bottle neck but not too large that the wedge barely fits through the bottle neck.
• One (1) bottle opener.
• One (1) bottle of local bourbon. 
• Two (2) bottles of good red wine (Pinot Noir, Cabernet)
• Two (2) bottles of good rose wine.
• Two (2) bottles of good chardonnay. 
• Two (2) bottles of good champagne or local sparkling wine.
• One (1) corkscrew. 
• Four (4) packs of Marlboro Red cigarettes.
• Two (2) 2-liters of Coca Cola.
• Two (2) 2-liters of Ginger Ale.
• Two (2) 2-liters of Diet Coke.
• Three (3) bags of ice. 
• One (1) 12-pack of sparkling water, La Croix brand. IMPORTANT — Please get La Croix and NOT Pellegrino or a local generic brand. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
• Two cases (2) of 24-pack still water, any brand.
• Twelve (12) bottles of Gatorade (assorted flavors).
• Six (6) bottles of fruit juice (2x pineapple, 2x orange, 2x apple). 
• Hot coffee. 
• Hot water with tea (must include black tea, green tea, and throat coat).
• Half and half, sugar, honey, lemon slices. 
• Two (2) loaves of bread (one white, one wheat).
• A selection of deli meats to feed twelve people (please include ham, roast beef, smoked turkey, all from a local butcher, if available). 
• One (1) package of sliced sharp cheddar cheese.
• One (1) package of provolone cheese.
• One (1) bottle of mayonnaise. 
• One (1) bottle of yellow mustard.
• One (1) bottle of Dijon mustard.
• One (1) jar of Jiff peanut butter. IMPORTANT – NO EXCEPTIONS. 
• One (1) container of spreadable butter. 
• One (1) toaster.
• Plastic cups. 
• Plastic knives, forks, and spoons.
• Two (2) bags of unshelled pistachios. 
• One (1) large bag of Skittles. If cannot find a large sized bag, please provide three (3) single sized bags. 
• Ten (10) Cadbury Eggs. 
• One (1) dark chocolate bar, minimum 83% cacao. 
• One (1) package of Oreos. 
• Five (5) tubs of hummus. Flavors to include plain, garlic, roasted red pepper, and onion (x2).
• Three (3) bags of pretzels.
• Two (2) packs of pita bread. 
• One (1) bag of washed baby carrots. 
• One (1) large bowl of local salsa.
• One (1) bag of tortilla chips.
• One (1) large platter with enough vegetables for 12 people (carrots, cucumbers, cauliflower, broccoli)
• Two (2) containers of ranch dressing.
• One (1) bowl of mixed salad (include onions, tomatoes, croutons)
• One (1) bowl of market salad (to include diced and fully cooked chicken breast, strawberries, blueberries, diced orange slices, and goat cheese). 
• One (1) bottle of Caesar dressing.
• One (1) bottle of apple cider vinaigrette. 
• Four (4) boxes of cereal (two Fruity Pebbles, one Golden Grahams, one Raisin Bran).
• Two (2) gallons of milk (one whole, one skim).
• Two (2) boxes of granola bars (one crunch, one chewy).
• Ten (10) hand towels. 
• Four (4) full body beach towels.
• Six (6) pairs of black socks.
• Twelve (12) AA batteries. 
• One (1) copy of Johnathan Swift’s Gulliver’s Travels.
• One (1) VHS system.
• One (1) Nintendo Entertainment System.
• A collection of VHS cassettes. Please include good movies such as Goodfellas, The Godfather. Risky Business, Top Gun, The Breakfast Club, Platoon, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, This is Spinal Tap, Animal House, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Star Wars, Back to the Future, and The Goonies. 
• A collection of NEW games. Please include good games such as Super Mario Bros, Super Mario Bros 2, Super Mario Bros 3, Ninja Gaiden, The Legend of Zelda, Metroid, Contra, Mega Man 2, Double Dragon, Mike Tyson’s Punch Out, Bases Loaded, and R.C. Pro-Am. 
• Two (2) television sets (one connected to the VHS, one connected to the NES).
• Two (2) issues of the local newspaper.
• One (1) issue of Sports Illustrated.
• One (1) issue of Mad Magazine.
• One (1) issue of Reader’s Digest.
• One (1) Choose Your Own Adventure book.
